System function - archive, put away the unused categories
For example, I actively update TimeTrack's categories once a year and then annotate the category changes in the active definitions table to make it easier to trace the category changes.
For activities that no longer require a separate category we can use the "Archive" function to hide data from the software category.
Archived activity items are not displayed again, but the original data of the activity is not deleted.
As shown in the figure:
Activity Category Page - Click on Activity and select Archive.
After archiving the activity page will have an additional "Archive" folder, as shown in the figure:
Then the icon on the activity page disappears.
The exported CSV data file, the archived data still exists, as shown in the figure:
